Andrey, the owner of Timeless Epoxy (a proud family owned and operated business) was fantastic to work with. He and his co-worker (Slava) were very punctual and professional and personable. They did a great job grinding the garage cement floor in preparation for the epoxy. After adding the epoxy, chips and clear coat, the garage floor looked so clean and cool. Definitely a great experience with Timeless Epoxy team. Check out the before and after pictures. Happy to provide my review.

We decided last minute after emptying out our garage to have it taped/textured and painted that we wanted our floors done. I called Andre at Timeless Epoxy and he took time to explain the process and the products offered. What was even more amazing was the fact that he had an opening the nest day. Slav came promptly the next day when he said he would and worked all day. He came back the next day to complete the job. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and the floor looks beautiful!! … yes

We had our four car garage floor done with a flake epoxy finish, and I’m really impressed with how it turned out. The floor was in rough shape to start with deep gouges, cracks, and even some missing pieces, but everything was properly repaired and prepped before the epoxy went down. The end result looks amazing.
Andrey was easy to work with and communicated well the whole time, which I really appreciated. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details.
If you’re … yes in Loomis, California and need an epoxy garage floor, I’d definitely recommend Andrey and his team. Very happy with the work.

My wife and I wanted to get the floor of our converted garage epoxyed for a while and finally decided to take the leap and contacted Timeless Epoxy. We were worried since the self leveler that a previous contractor installed had cracks. All we had to do was send photos to Andrey (owner) to get the process started. He literally started the next day! Andrey walked us through the whole process of what was going to be done from sanding, to laying down the first layer and flakes, to what the floor would … yes look/feel like in the end. The whole process only took 2 days and the floor looks awesome. Andrey was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. 100% would work with him again.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Timeless Epoxy Systems to upgrade the 1,600 square-foot floor of my airplane hangar with a stunning flaked epoxy finish, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. This project presented unique challenges: the foundation was old, segmented into multiple sections, and required significant leveling and grinding. To complicate matters, the concrete had extremely high moisture content due to seasonal spring activity in the ground.
From the very beginning, … yes Andrey, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure this project was done perfectly. He took the time to research and select the proper materials specifically suited for these conditions, ensuring that the epoxy would bond securely and withstand the test of time. Andrey's commitment to excellence was evident in every step of the process.
The leveling and grinding were executed with precision, creating a flawless surface for the epoxy application. Despite the extra work and premium materials required, Andrey made it clear that cutting corners was not an option. The additional cost was well worth it—there’s no sense in investing in a hangar floor only to have it peel up in a few years. Thanks to Timeless Epoxy Systems' expertise, I have complete confidence that this floor will last for decades.
The finished product is not only incredibly durable but also visually stunning. Timeless Epoxy Systems delivered a result that exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a company that prioritizes quality, attention to detail, and won't take shortcuts, Timeless Epoxy Systems is truly the only option!

As very picky consumers, we interviewed and obtained quotes from many contractors before making our decision, and from the very beginning, Andrey at Timeless Epoxy Systems stood out as the best. His professionalism and expertise were clear from the start, and now that the job is done, we can confidently say we made the right choice. You truly get what you pay for.One thing that really impressed us was how Andrey went above and beyond during the process. While other contractors didn’t even consider … yes the moisture content of our concrete, Andrey carefully checked it himself. He added an additional moisture barrier to ensure the epoxy would last for years to come. While this extra step cost us a bit more upfront, we now know it saved us thousands of dollars in the long run.Throughout the project, we constantly threw curveballs at Andrey—shifting deadlines, last-minute design changes, you name it. But Andrey handled it all with grace, patience, and professionalism. His worker, Stav, was equally impressive, showing meticulous attention to detail and making sure everything was done to perfection.Even after the job was fully completed, Andrey came back to fix a very minor defect we noticed. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. We highly recommend Timeless Epoxy Systems for anyone looking for top-quality work and a stress-free experience!

Our Proven 3-Step Epoxy Flooring Installation Process

When it comes to epoxy flooring, improper installation or DIY attempts can lead to frustrating and costly failures. We’ve seen it all: epoxy that easily peels, delaminates, comes apart, or even changes color over time. In the worst cases, floors might never fully cure or dry properly, leaving a sticky mess. Getting your epoxy floors done right hinges on a solid, professional installation process, something we take seriously at Timeless Epoxy Systems. It’s this unwavering attention to detail in our three-step method that sets us apart and ensures your floors are not just beautiful but built to last. We never skip steps or cut corners, laying the unbreakable foundation for durable epoxy floors that stand up to the test of time and daily use. Up next, we’ll dive into the specifics of our tried-and-true approach.

1. Floor Prep

Initially, we start by grinding the concrete surface to ensure optimal adhesion of the new epoxy layer, guaranteeing a longer-lasting result. This grinding approach is top-notch, laying the groundwork for a sturdy coating. Any existing cracks are also repaired to secure a stable and enduring surface.

2. Epoxy Base Coat

After getting the floor ready, we add a base layer of epoxy. For floors with flakes or metallic finishes, we add these details right into the base coat, usually on the same day we prepare the floor. If the floor is very moist, we’ll add a special layer first to stop moisture problems, making sure your new floor is solid and lasts a long time.

3. Top Coat

The last step is cleaning up any leftover flakes and making sure the floor is smooth. We vacuum the whole area to get rid of dust. Then, we put on a clear top layer that’s really tough against sunlight, scratches, and spills, keeping your floor looking great and lasting a long time.

Watch a Real Garage Epoxy Floor Project

Dive into the “wow” factor of our flake epoxy garage flooring with this in-depth video. Follow a real customer’s concrete garage project, detailing our entire, expert installation process from beginning to end. Witness firsthand how we expertly handle concrete crack repair and comprehensive surface grinding to prepare the subfloor, ensuring exceptional bonding. The video then demonstrates our precise commercial-grade epoxy coating application, culminating in a resilient Polyaspartic top coat for superior durability. This seamless, showroom-quality floor transformation not only delivered beautiful results but also proudly earned us another 5-star review. Our transparency and dedication to providing a long-lasting, top-quality epoxy floor installation are central to everything we do.

Frequently Asked Questions About Epoxy & Concrete Coatings

Discover answers to frequently asked questions about epoxy flooring and concrete coatings in our FAQ section. Find out more about our services and the advantages of epoxy to help you make informed decisions for your projects.

How Durable Are Your Epoxy Floors, and What's Their Lifespan?

Epoxy floors are known for their exceptional longevity, typically lasting anywhere from 10 to 20 years or even more with proper care and maintenance. The durability of epoxy flooring makes it a cost-effective choice for both residential and commercial spaces. Regular cleaning and occasional resealing can help extend the lifespan of epoxy floors, ensuring they continue to provide a reliable and visually appealing flooring solution for years to come.

How long is the warranty you offer?

10-Year Warranty: We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty for our epoxy flooring installations, demonstrating our commitment to the quality and durability of our services. This warranty offers peace of mind to our customers, ensuring that they can enjoy the benefits of their epoxy floors with confidence.

Are lifetime warranties offered by some companies genuine?

“Lifetime warranty” is often used as a marketing gimmick, and it’s essential to scrutinize the fine print to understand what duration of ‘lifetime’ they are referring to. In many cases, the limitations within these warranties can significantly diminish their value. For example, the ‘lifetime’ may only apply to the original owner and exclude subsequent homeowners, or it may cover specific issues but not others. It’s crucial to carefully review the terms and conditions of any warranty to ensure you have a clear understanding of what it encompasses and its limitations.

Can epoxy be applied over existing concrete paint?

No, epoxy cannot be applied over existing concrete paint. In most cases, we need to grind off the existing paint down to the concrete surface to ensure proper adhesion of the new epoxy coat.

How should I prepare for installation day?

To ensure a smooth installation process, we require the garage to be completely empty, with all personal contents removed. Additionally, it’s essential to have the garage floors dry and clear of any items. Please note that our crew is not responsible for resetting personal contents after installation; homeowners are responsible for this task.

When can I use my garage after epoxy installation?

You can typically walk on the epoxy surface after 24 hours of installation, and it is safe for vehicle traffic after 48 hours. However, please note that these timeframes are estimates, as external factors like weather and temperature can affect the actual curing time. It’s recommended to consult with your project manager to determine the precise curing time for your specific epoxy project.

How much epoxy floor cost?

Exact pricing will depend on the actual garage size and concrete condition. The pricing below is the starting price for an average-sized garage floor:

1-car garages start at $1850.
2-car garages start at $2500.
3-car garages start at $3650.
